George Antwi-Danquah Project Finance Consultant at FG Property Service.
George is a Project Finance Consultant at FG Property Service a subsidiary of Forsythes Group. He undertakes project appraisal, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for all subsidiaries of Forsythes Group currently. He is a Project Financial Analyst with a 12-year commercial and development banking experience.
Currently George combines his Consultancy role with his work at the CDH Group. Before that he also worked with the National Investment Bank for a total of eight (8) years as Project Officer basically on financing projects, and as commercial Banking Operations Manager.
George was the Head of Projects Department at Nsoatreman Rural Bank for three (3) years.
George holds an MBA (Project Management) and BSc. (Agric. Economics) from the University of Ghana; and Intermediate Level of ACIB (Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers). He obtained his West Africa School Certificate Examination from Prempeh College, Kumasi.
George boost of various national and international conferences, training seminars including the 2008 10th African Business Conference at Harvard University, Boston-USA. In 2007 Ghana, he participated in the Institute of Management & Public Admin. (GIMPA-ACCRA) on Project Planning & Management Course: Undertaking 6-week intensive course on Projects identification & formulation, Technical/Economic/Financial/Market Analyses of Projects, Project Budgeting, Project Cycle, Environmental Impact Analysis, Project implementation, monitoring & evaluation techniques and IT Aspects.
In 2005, George participated in the ASSOCIATION OF AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FINANCE INSTITUTIONS held at GIMPA, ACCRA-GHANA helping in shaping and evaluating of SMEs Credit for Bankers from all over Africa.
